Bookings
For all enquiries contact the Parish Office. Four weeks prior to your booking date you will receive two invoices: one for the room hire charge and a second for a £100 refundable deposit. There can be no hire unless all charges are paid beforehand. All cheques are banked. We aim to return the deposits as quickly as possible after a booking but costs incurred by any variation in the booking, damage to or late vacation of the building will be deducted from the deposit. It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure that the hall/room is left clean and tidy on departure. Please note that special additional charges will be levied for events at which over 75 adults will be present; details are available from the Parish Office.
Please ring for availability and then print the booking form and two copies of the Conditions of Hire below. Please post the completed booking form to the Beansheaf Centre with one copy of a signed Conditions of Hire and keep one copy for yourself.
Caretaking
The Council employs a contractor to undertake caretaking duties for the Centre. The caretaker will open and close the building for you and ensure that you are familiar with the building, its safety equipment and contents. If there is a problem during your time in the Centre or if you need to leave the Centre before the arranged departure time, please ring John Giddings on 0788 062 3935. Do not leave the building open and unattended at any time.
